Anthony Richardson is Co-Founder of Pathway Financial Management, a Dublin-based financial planning firm that helps founders, professionals, and families make clear, confident decisions with their money. Known for his plain-English approach and calm, practical guidance, Anthony focuses on turning business success into life outcomes—so clients can build, protect, and ultimately enjoy the wealth they’ve worked hard to create.
Anthony’s work centres on three areas: (1) cashflow planning that maps today’s choices to tomorrow’s freedom, (2) risk management—from income protection to contingency planning—so unexpected events don’t derail the plan, and (3) retirement and exit strategy, aligning pensions, investments, and liquidity with a founder’s personal goals. He partners closely with clients’ accountants and solicitors to deliver joined-up advice across remuneration, protection, pensions, and investment structures, ensuring the financial plan and the business plan move in the same direction.
